MAKER TELEX E

ISO Viscosity grades: 46, 68

These oils are specially designed for use in hydraulic circuits requiring lubricants with marked anti-wear properties. Manufactured from carefully selected bases with specific to notably enhance their properties.

They are specially suitable for hydraulic circuits and civil works machines equipped with any type of pump, particularly working under high pressures and, in general for all kinds of mechanisms requiring stable oils and in those in which the maximum anti-wear levels required by international standards must be attained and exceeded.

MAKER TELEX HVLP

ISO viscosity grades: 46, 68

The base oils used to manufacture this group of products have been carefully refined to obtain a high viscosity index and excellent resistance to oxidation. Its constituent additives, as well as enhancing these natural characteristics, provide this lubricant with exceptional anti-wear properties and temperature performance.

These oils are specially designed for hydraulic circuits subjected to sudden temperature changes in which oils are also required to have greater anti-wear properties. They are specifically suited to hydraulic circuits exposed to the elements or with low working temperatures, as well as equipment requiring viscosity variations that are significantly lower than in standard fluids, and hydraulic systems used at sea (watertight doors, capstans and windlasses, stabilisers, etc.). MAKER HYDRAULIC SC

ISO viscosity grades: 46

Top quality oils for hydraulic circuits. Manufactured from paraffinic bases using ashless technology. They include special additives for hydraulic systems with extremely fine tolerance servo-valves where an excellent filterability in the hydraulic fluid is required.

MAKER HYDROFLUX EP

ISO viscosity grades: 32, 46, 68

The lubricants included in this range are manufactured using selected and carefully additivated bases to make them hydraulic oils for general use.

These oils are specially suitable for most hydraulic circuits, including those requiring special anti-wear protection, both in industry and motoring (dumpers, civil works machines, etc.), regardless of the type of pump with which they are equipped and pressures under which they work.

MAKER ARIES TURBO GAS CC

ISO Viscosity grades: 32

Lubricant formulated with hydrocracked bases, specially designed for the lubrication of the latestgeneration gas and combined cycle turbines. Characterised essentially by its exceptional resistance to oxidation, considerably extending its service life. Includes extreme pressure additives, which allow the lubrication of the gearboxes located in the turbine generator shaft.

Lubricant adequate for gas turbines, steam turbines and turbo-compressors that run at high temperatures and require high-performance lubricants. It can be used for the lubrication of ammonia compressors.

MAKER TURBO ARIES

ISO Viscosity grades: 32, 68

In order to comply with the stringent demands of the different turbine manufacturers, a type of lubricant that, attaining excellent values, complies with various rapid oxidation tests such as IP-280, ASTM-D-2272 and IP-328, as well as exceeding 4000 h in the conventional ASTM-D-943 test. Furthermore, these oils have passed radiation exposure tests, obtaining certification for use in nuclear power plants. They are specially recommended for nuclear and thermal power plant steam turbines requiring oils inhibited against oxidation, rust and with an extended service life. They can also be applied in all uses of Aries lubricants, obtaining greater durability.

MAKER MERAK VDL

ISO Viscosity grades: 32,46,68

Merak VDL oils belong to the group of oils commonly referred to as compressor oils. Their careful formulation includes, in addition to high-quality base oils, the necessary additives to increase their resistance to oxidation and to ensure good anti-wear and anti-corrosion properties. They are specially recommended for the lubrication of the cylinders and mechanisms of rotary and alternate compressors, whether for air or inert gases, with high discharge temperatures (up to 220 ºC).

MAKER ELECTRA 2X

Inhibited dielectric mineral oil formulated with hydrogenated base oils. Especially recommended for use as an insulation fluid in electrical equipment.

GENERATOR EXTRA LONG LIFE GAS 4005

This product has been developed to attend request of new generation gas engines working with higher pressure and temperature in chamber of combustion, to keep the efficiency and high performance. It is formulated using base oils that are more refined than those conventionally used, together with cutting-edge additives that afford excellent performance in cleanliness engine and deposits reduction. This can avoid valve recession and preignition process in order to protect internal engine components under high load.

REPSOL VESTA AW

Repsol Vesta AW hydraulic oil has been developed to exceed most of the quality standards issued by hydraulic system manufacturers. Lubricant is formulated using selected GII base oils and additive technology to create a hydraulic oil with outstanding antiwear and pumpability performance. These oils are especially suitable for most hydraulic circuits, including those in extreme conditions where special anti-wear protection is critical.

REPSOL MAKER TÉRMICO

REPSOL MAKER SYSTEM EP 220

These oils are obtained from carefully selected paraffinic bases to which specific additives are added to endow them with marked extreme pressure and anti-wear properties. Therefore, in addition to having a high viscosity index, these oils are highly resistant to oxidation and have excellent demulsifying capacity, easily attaining load step 10 in the FZG test.

These oils are typically used to lubricate bearings by circulation subject to very severe service conditions, including water contamination, normally used in rolling mills. Their characteristics also make them suitable for lubricating industrial dividers not subject to shock loads, only medium loads. These oils, despite their EP additives, remain innocuous in the presence of metals, for which they can be used to lubricate large-diameter slow-speed plain bearings by means of drip feed, oil bath or oil ring lubrication. In their lowest level of viscosity, these oils are also used to lubricate medium-speed ball or roller bearings.

REPSOL MAKER TAURO

ISO : 68, 100, 150, 220, 320, 460, 680

Tauro range of products have been developed for applications in industrial gear assemblies with high load requirements and harsh environments. Its careful formulation incorporates the highest quality bases and additives, improving its extreme pressure and anti-rust performance, its anti-foaming capacity and its resistance to oxidation. It is suitable for all kinds of industrial gearboxes, bearings and multipliers, using splash or circulating lubrication.

REPSOL CXR COOLANT

Coolant Grade: 30%, 50%

Antifreeze formulated from ethylene glycol and anticorrosive and anti-foam additives. Amine and nitrate free, recommended for all types of diesel and petrol engine cooling circuits. Especially for aluminium and aluminium alloy circuits. Offers good antifreeze, coolant, and metal surface protection properties. Prevents mechanical breakdowns caused by high temperatures by dissipating heat. Recommended for light vehicles.
